MADINAH, Saudi Arabia - Police in Madinah are currently investigating the case of a child who was found dead inside a car and with signs of trauma on his head. According to police, the family of the child reported him missing early this week. A young boy alerted bystanders about the child in the back of the car, naked and bleeding from the nose.
