Miruprkhas, Pakistan - A young married women attempted self immolation outside the press club to protest against atrocities by roaming young eve teasers who allegedly harassed her and husband at Siyal colony area. Farzana, 22 wife of Iqbal bhatti staged a protest demonstration in front of press club and then suddenly she tried to self immolate herself by sprinkling petrol but was saved by journalist and other people present at the spot. SPO city Muhammad Ayub Dars who rushed to the press club assured her of justice. Town police registered a FIR against Zahir, Iqbal and other about half dozen unknown youngsters who roams in the area. Lodging the FIR, Farzana stated that accused are influential and have been teasing her but last night entered her house and tried to rape her but on her cry they escaped from the spot after resorting to aerial firing.—APP.
