While most people know about five of her tattoos, one of them is a name tattoo that is not often talked of - it is the name of her former boyfriend James Walters, underneath a guardian angel. Nevertheless, six tattoos were enough to get Drew a number three ranking on Vanishing Tattoo's list of the top 10 women with tats. Drew's butterfly is her most famous tat.
Barrymore's tattoos include:
Hip - Drew's hip tattoo is of a bouquet of flowers, on her left side.
Stomach - The tattoo on Drew's stomach is of a butterfly, and it is perhaps her most well known tattoo. Done in simple black, it helps to accentuate her curves.
Toe - The smallest of Drew Barrymore's tattoos is on her toe, a small black crescent moon.
Lower Right Leg - Cross tattoos are extremely popular, and Drew's version is unique - it is a cross done in a very stylized way, along with vines surrounding the image.
Lower Back - this is the location of two angels - one with Drew's mother's name, "Jaid", and one with her former boyfriend's name tattooed
